Training journal and club app for practical shooting (IPSC)
My Shooting Hub is a journal for shooting instructors, clubs and shooters: sessions and sign-up, every run with time and A/C/D zones, progress charts, the club's cash desk, an IPSC stage builder and match results. It opens in the browser, installs on the phone like an app and keeps working at the range without a connection.
A training journal for instructors and shooters
Plan sessions by training days, let shooters sign up with one tap and mark who came. Every run is recorded with time, A/C/D zones, misses, no-shoots and penalties; points and hit factor are calculated, and each shooter's progress turns into charts per drill. A built-in shot timer listens to the shots through the phone's microphone.
Shooting club management
Members' cards with divisions, guns and licences, medical certificates with expiry reminders; instructors and admins with their own rights; several clubs in one journal. The club's cash desk keeps fees, numbered receipts, debtors' balances and the cash ledger report. Lists, forms and the range attendance sheet with signatures print as PDF.
IPSC stage and drill builder
Lay out a stage from above and see it in 3D: paper targets, no-shoots, steel poppers, walls and the shooting area. A check against the IPSC rulebook warns about the problems it knows, and the briefing sheet prints in one tap. Instructors share stages in a common library and turn a stage into a training drill.
Match scoring and results
Run club matches and competitions with stages, squads and waves. The judge enters results from the phone, shooters sign them there, and the standings by division are calculated with hit factor and stage points. Results print as PDF, go out to the shooters by letter and can be brought in from other scoring systems.
Members' personal data stays locked
ID numbers, licences and medical details are encrypted: stored scrambled, opened only on the device and never in the clear on the server. Staff see only their own club's people, and every access is logged.
Made for the range
Works without a connection and catches up when it returns; push notifications, e-mail letters and Telegram; twelve languages, Hebrew and Arabic right to left; light and dark theme. A club can publish its own page online — schedule and results, without people's names.
Look inside
A made-up club in the real journal — open it as a shooter, an instructor or a club admin. Nothing is saved.
